British boxer Amir Khan won his recent title defense against the hard hiting argentinean Marcos Maidana in an exciting 12 round unanimous decision wants to fight the former pound for pound boxer in the world american Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 12 months from now and even in England.
Khan thinks it would be a huge success if that fight will be held in England. Mayweather also has huge fans there when he first fought Ricky "Hitman" Hatton and scored a Knockout.
For now Khan is eyeing a fight from the winner of Alexander vs Bradley showdown that will be held in january 19, 2011 at the Pontiac Silverdome

Nonito Donaire is Awesome!
What a superb performance by the "Filipino Flash" Nonito Donaire against a well-known oppponent named Wladimir Sidorenko. Donaire won via TKO in the 4th round.
Donaire showed his quickness and punching power plus boxing skills. In the 1st round you can already tell who's got the advantage, who's more quicker and more power in their punches.
Donaire's power punches are really powerful and accurate you can see the way how Sidorenko got knockdown it was like he has hit with a baseball bat.
These type of fighters would really make boxing more exciting to see. I can't wait to see Montiel vs Donaire next year. But I think Montiel will have the same fate just like Donaire's previous opponents although Montiel has more power in his punches compared from the others. But still Donaire is more quick and has more power in his punches compared to Montiel so I think it will end up vi KO.
